When we left Grandma’s house we had about 25 grapefruits to our name, so I decided it was time for some grapefruit transformation. A Grapefruit Sangria was the perfect evening drink with our dinner, and even Curt liked it.
1 bottle pink moscato wine
1 cup grapefruit juice + 1 grapefruit, sliced
1 cup sparkling water
1 lemon, sliced
Juice fresh grapefruit until you reach 1 cup. Slice another grapefruit and put into the bottom of a pitcher. Pour pink moscato wine, grapefruit juice, and sparkling water into the pitcher. Stir. Serve immediately over ice.
