Frozen bread dough is a staple in our RV. I had to get rid of it because we were flying back to Iowa for a few days and won’t have a electricity to keep our freezer going. I had no idea how I was going to make Monkey Bread without melting the butter and brown sugar together. We never keep butter in our refrigerator; we use Greek yogurt for a butter substitute instead. This version actually worked, was super easy, and delicious. Monkey Bread reminds Curt of Christmas time at Grandma Betty’s house, a wonderful memory to keep close.
