Curt requested pasta salad the other day and it just so happened that we had some great ingredients that needed to be used up. Here’s what I put in the pasta salad this time around:
wheat pasta noodles
cherry tomatoes, halved
green olives, halved
reduced fat feta cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse several times with cold water. Add cherry tomatoes, green olives, cucumbers, and Italian dressing and mix well. Add feta cheese. Enjoy within 1-3 days.
